A practice dedicated to offering the best levels of support, professionalism and expertise in the field of psychotherapy.

Who are we and how can we help?

Hello. I am Jayne Dales-Tibbott, founder of Brunswick Counselling Centre. I am a senior practicing integrative psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, trainer and doctoral researcher.

How Brunswick Counselling Centre has evolved

Over the years I have had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, families and organisations to help them through life’s challenges and traumas. I have also been proud to work with a team of outstanding professionals, who are trained and experienced to the highest levels.

At its core, Brunswick Counselling Centre has demonstrated commitment to sound ethical practice and best client care, delivering effective, tailor-made psychotherapy to meet the individual needs of each client. This philosophy remains the cornerstone of the practice.

I welcome you now to my evolving practice. In addition to continued professional knowledge and support, I introduce new areas of expertise arising from my research endeavours.

What we offer

Brunswick Counselling Centre was founded in 2005, its primary aim being to offer professional psychotherapeutic support and clinical supervision, which has been delivered to the highest standards. As it has evolved, our areas of expertise have aligned themselves with particular needs within the profession and in keeping with our commitment to provide best care, signposting, training and advice, these areas are now central to our integral focus.

  • We offer a 60-minute consultation to assess individual needs and make professional recommendations that will aid positive outcomes moving forward.

  • We offer a supportive, creative space in which to learn, explore and deepen clinical understanding in a safe, empowering, challenge-inspired relationship.

  • A safe, supportive space in which to respectfully unfold challenging relational dynamics and seek facilitated guidance to discover informed understanding and resolution.

  • This is a particular insidious psychological abuse that once identified and understood, requires its own treatment plan to aid the long-term recovery process.

  • Scientifically informed, cogently researched training is offered to professionals about the relational dynamics and recovery process from specific pathological relationships.
